What co-investors receive

  • Direct participation — you co-invest in specific SME acquisitions, not a pooled fund. Full visibility into which businesses your capital is allocated to and how each performs.
  • Professional operations — every acquired business is systemised and managed by the Westernston team. You receive the returns without managing anything yourself.
  • Transparent reporting — clean, auditable financials and regular reporting. No black boxes, no obfuscated structures. Your investment is fully visible at all times.
  • Dividend distributions — where portfolio businesses generate distributable profits, those profits flow to co-investors as dividends per the terms agreed at investment.
  • Defined exit options — exit options agreed before you commit capital. We do not hold investors indefinitely. Exit structures are negotiated on a deal-by-deal basis.
  • SME valuation advantage — you participate in the structural gap between SME acquisition multiples and the multiples at which systemised businesses are acquired by larger entities.
